habitat: 

Moray eels live mainly in salt water, mainly in tropical and subtropical seas.  They live in the deep water up to several hundred meters deep.  The moray eel likes to hide in small spaces.  

 

predator adaptations:

symbiotic interactions:

 Plectropomus pessuliferus and moray eels hunt for food together.  The fish shake their heads to give them a sign to hunt.  There are no other fish that cooperate with another species of fish to hunt.
